Adjacent to Wuhan Garden Expo Garden, the beautiful Jianghan Economic Development Zone permeated with joy and cheers on June 30, 2023. Because the Inauguration Ceremony and Relocation Celebration of China Bester Building was held on that day. More than 300 people attended the ceremony, including the leaders from the CPC Wuhan Jianghan District Committee and government and heads of related departments, leaders from Hubei Provincial Institute of Communications and HuBei Communications Industry Association, cooperative partners and investment organizations from communication industry.

At the ceremony, the 3-Year Action Plan for China Bester 2023-2025 was released.

The signing marked another input of about 300,000 new e-bikes (with new energy batteries) in total.

China Bester Cloud Network Digital Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to providing digital economy development with investment, construction and operation business of medium and large computility centers with high performance, large capacity, safety and reliability. It will provide cloud-based computility, storage, cloud services and solutions for the government and industry, and provide intelligent computing services for AI enterprises. In the next five years, the company will continue to invest computility of 1000-2000P every year, and it is currently actively promoting the construction of a computility center.

China Bester Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. was renamed from Jingmen Ruize Optoelectronics Technology Co., LTD.,. Focusing on optical communication products, it is in a leading position in the domestic fields of 5G fronthaul wavelength division multiplexing, optical fiber amplifier, sensors and laser radar. China Bester Optoelectronics will continue to develop and produce high-speed optical modules of 400G and above. In the first phase, it plans to invest 50 million yuan to mass-produce 400G optical modules in 2023 and 800G in 2024. While its products gains a foothold in the field of intelligent computing,  the company extends to the field of communication transmission.
