China Bester Group has successfully held the 2023 Annual Work Conference in Wuhan from January 30 to 31, 2023. The management of the group, the heads of every region, the heads of branches/subsidiaries, business divisions/offices, functional departments and some project managers attended the conference, the number of attendees of which exceeded 150.

At the meeting, Chairman Li Liubing made the 2023 annual work report of the Group, in which he comprehensively summarized the completion of various indicators of the Group in 2022, management achievements and the main problems, and deployed the work in 2023 correspondingly. The heads of the subsidiaries also made the annual report for 2022 at the conference, and the group management informed the company's operation and management objectives for 2023, as well as the market task plan.

2023 is the most critical year of the 14th Five-Year Plan for China Bester Group. The substantial growth in performance is not only the urgent need of the company's development, but also the ardent expectation of the company's shareholders, board of directors and investors. “Development and growth” are the he major themes of the groups this year, including the consolidation of the main business, vigorous development of new energy, comprehensive improvement of corporate profits. In order to achieve this goal, all the management and employees of the company must redouble their efforts to complete the following work in 2023:

1. Comprehensively improve the relationship with core clients to achieve sustained growth of new infrastructure business;

2, Comprehensively promote the development of new energy with everyone’s action and integrated marketing;

3, Operation and management reach grass-roots levels, strengthen the company's service ability;

4, Improvement and innovation, effectively promote cost reduction and efficiency;

5, Continue to support the development of international business, to ensure the growth of international companies;

6, Control safety accidents and eliminate quality accidents;

7. Strengthen corporate governance to ensure the healthy development;

8. Achieve common progress for the Group and subsidiaries.

The conference gave a grand commendation to the outstanding groups and individuals in 2022. Li Jian, Marketing Director of the Group and Xie Fuyue, General Manager of the Sixth Business Division, won the Special Contribution Awards, and 32 outstanding teams and more than 500 outstanding individuals of the Group and its subsidiaries received the advanced commendation.

This annual meeting formulated a new five-year development plan and historically identified the development of new energy business as the second main business, setting the tone for the next step forward of the Group. All subsidiaries, business units/offices and functional departments should be organized to learn and convey the contents of the company's annual work report, comprehend the spirit of the conference.
