On July 12, 2021, the "2021 (Fifth) Communication Engineering Skills Competition" organized by China Mobile Group Hubei Co., Ltd. kicked off in Wuhan. Tao Hua, deputy general manager of Hubei Mobile, and Hubei Mobile Engineering Construction Department General Manager Lu Denghua and other leaders visited the site to give guidance. After three days of fierce competition, China Bester won the second prize of "Transmission Line", the second prize of "Wired Broadband", and the second prize of "Wireless Equipment".

With the purpose of “promoting learning by competition, combining learning with learning, improving quality and efficiency”, this competition has strengthened the team building of Hubei Mobile's engineering construction units in the province, promoted the improvement of personnel skills, and ensured the safety and quality standards of engineering construction, creating a good atmosphere of "striving for the advanced position, improving quality and promoting energy". The competition was divided into three majors: transmission lines, wired broadband and wireless equipment. Each competition major had three links: theoretical examination, on-site practice, and spot check on the quality inspection platform. A total of 14 units participated in the transmission line project, and the actual operation content was the two processes of pull wire production, optical cable connection and testing; a total of 15 units participated in the wired broadband project, and the actual operation content was completed in accordance with the competition design and industry standards; 6 units participated in the wireless equipment project, and the actual operation content was to complete the installation of antennas and equipment in accordance with the competition design and industry standards.

Our company dispatched Hubei Division, Third Division, and Eighth Division to take on three professional teams, including wireless equipment, transmission lines, and wired broadband, respectively. After fierce competition, our team members passed solid theoretical basic knowledge and norms. In the end, the company's process management and excellent practical skills won the second place in the three professional competitions, which fully demonstrated the high theoretical level of our engineering staff, the refined engineering quality control methods and the super-first-class field practice. Our company will earnestly understand the spirit and purpose of this competition, strictly implement the safety and quality standards of engineering construction, and continue to work hard for the implementation of engineering construction to a new level.
