On December 24, China Mobile Hubei Corporation's 2019 Engineering Construction Star Excellent Cooperation Unit Recognition and Exchange Conference was held in Wuhan, and China Bester once again won the "four-star" excellent partner of Hubei Mobile. In order to commend the advanced and establish a model, Hubei Mobile organized municipal and prefectural branch companies (including directly-affiliated centers), provincial company engineering construction departments, and engineering quality inspection centers to conduct evaluations on 83 engineering design, construction and supervision units in the province in 2019, according to communication design，supervision, construction, and infrastructure construction were ranked, and 37 engineering construction star cooperation units were evaluated, of which 15 were one-star, 12 were two-star, 6 were three-star and 4 were four-star.
