On November 21, 2023, China Bester Group and Haitong Unitrust signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will cooperate on the construction and operation of intelligent computing centers, including the financial leasing of computing servers, data center equipment and supporting facilities. China Bester Group is responsible for the construction and operation of the intelligent computing centers, and provides the necessary equipment procurement and technical support with its technical capabilities of the computer network. Relying on its own financial strength, capital market and financial innovation capabilities, Haitong Unitrust will provide financial leasing business for China Bester Group's computing power projects, and provide financial leasing services of no less than RMB 5 billion for China Bester Group's computing power projects within 3 years, and both parties jointly promote customer service.
