2021 has passed in a hurry, and the picture of 2022 has been slowly unfolded. On the occasion of the Spring Festival, on behalf of the board of directors of China Bester, I would like to extend holiday wishes and sincere greetings to all the cadres, employees and their families who have contributed to the development of the company over the past year, as well as to the customers, partners and friends from all walks of life who have been caring and supporting the development of the company.

Time does not stay still but flows as water and God rewards the diligent. In the past year, we have gained breakthroughs and we were not afraid of challenges and sweat. In order to achieve the goal of full recovery and greatly improving the company's performance, all the staff of China Bester were mobilized to comprehensively promote the development of DICT new infrastructure business. As a result China Bester won the bidding of the main line projects of the three major operators consecutively, and achieved remarkable results in the centralized procurement of China Mobile 22-23 communication engineering construction services.

China Bester has also made major breakthroughs in terms of international business and new business areas. The Philippine company won the bid for several projects of overseas mainstream operators. In addition, Bester Group's smart shared motorcycle project was officially put into operation in Zhaotong, Yunnan province in November. During the past year, China Bester has controlled Wuhan Tongsheng Transportation Facility Company and Jingmen Razor Optoelectronics Technology Company, and once again won a series of honors such as "Wuhan Top 100 Private Enterprises", "Wuhan Top 100 Service Enterprises" and "Comprehensive Strength Award" and "Engineering Strength Award" in communication technology service industry in 2021. Here, on behalf of the board of directors of the company, I would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all the cadres and employees of the group for their efforts!

2022 is an important year marking the 30th anniversary of the establishment of China Bester. The Bester Tower will be officially put into use, and the company's development has entered a new stage. We will continue to increase the proportion of leading businesses, actively expand new business areas, improve the layout of the upstream and downstream industry chain, and explore new revenue growth points. We will continue to maintain a pragmatic style, carry forward the enterprising spirit of "improve innovation, sustainable development, bigger and stronger" to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise, so as to achieve the company's new goals and strive to create a more brilliant and beautiful tomorrow.
