On October 21, 2021, the Philippine subsidiary (LEO) of China Bester International Corporation  successfully won two maintenance project bidding of the base station, data center and optical cable line for "2021-2022 Maintenance Service-Base Station and Data Center Package 1 (NLZ)" and "DITO Telecommunity Corporation" 2021-2022 Maintenance Service-Optical Cable Package 2 (NCR) ", the winning bid amounted to 184,710,491.95 pesos, or about 23.25 million yuan.

The relevant leaders of the group company, Guangdong Minnov and the International Company all attached great importance to this bidding project. They coordinated relevant resources, cooperated at home and abroad, and exerted synergies. At the same time, specific requirements for bidding documents and technical quality were specified. Due to tight time, heavy workload, and the English bidding language , with the cooperation of the Philippine subsidiary and Guangdong Minnov, the joint bidding team worked together to complete the task of preparing the bid documents with high efficiency and high quality. In the end, the Philippine subsidiary received the affirmation of bid evaluation experts and bidders with its excellent maintenance plan, perfect service standards and reasonable quotation, and successfully won the bid.

This time, the overseas bidding of two professional maintenance projects for equipment and optical cable lines at the same time marks that the Philippine subsidiary has entered the list of service providers of overseas mainstream operators and has taken a solid step from subcontracting to general contracting. It has laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the Philippine subsidiary. At present, the preparatory work of the project has begun, and the relevant technical management personnel, machinery, vehicles, tools and instruments have arrived at the site one after another to handle the project handover work with relevant cooperative units.
